#AskTheExpert #Mamypoko Hii Mera beta 7 years ka he or wo bahut weak he kuch thik se khata nahi he .Bones me pain b batata he. Sir me headache b batata he.Nails me itching b batata he. I am worried about him. Please suggest me uske liye jo better ho . I want to see him strong and healthy.

it happens because of nutritional deficiency.
so please offer homemade healthy and well blanaced diet.
keep offering different dishes with different taste and different texture.
offer calcium rich food like ragi, nuts, dairy products etc more.
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
avoid giving RO water
give Massage to your child daily
maintain good hygiene
