Give natural appetizers like coconut water,jeera water ajwain water etc to increase the appetite of your twins.
Give food in colourful and attractive plates like babyhug plates that attract baby towards food.
Give finger food as self feeding encourages eating.
U can also start with the exercise like yoga,cycling jogging walk etc to shed extra kilos from the body.
Have warm lemon honey water daily empty stomach in the morning to burn fat
