Well, usually there is not a relation between the vaccinations and color of poop
So please keep her hydrated.
Observe for other symptoms if any
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
Don't use RO water
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
give her more probiotics and citrus fruits
