Hi mom Maintain hygiene Keep baby’s surroundings clean and dust free Apply coconut oil or olive oil Apply calamine lotion twice daily Take a good care of your baby Give adequate feeding Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables to increase your milk More sucking leads to more milk
