#AskTheExpert mam my child is 4 years old. in night he presses his teeth and we can hear that sound. Also he also has constipation. can you suggest some medicine for worms?

A. it s bruxism so now. this shall need a doctor examination for a best opinion about this matter so can do the same and then follow it for well about it so . . .
