Mam your child is quite overweight by this age a child should be somewhere around 20 kg or 22 kg approximately your child is 8 kg overweight I think that is why your child is facing these child at this age becomes very lethargic due to overweight sometimes they do not like to eat and also I think it’s better to check with your doctor for this
