Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. you can apply t bact cream locally. this cream can be applied to all three times everyday and maintain hygiene of the affected area. if there is no improvement after 3 days then kindly meet your doctor for examination and specific treatment.
clean the area with soap and water
you have to maintain hygiene of the urinary area

are you using diapers for whole day?
if yes then please stop using it
prefer loose fitting Cotton clothes
keep that area clean using gentle wipes like Babyhug wipes
you may apply coconut oil there which can help to decrease redness
