See When you are actually breastfeeding the child you are also eating through the day which is why this may be happening that you are gaining weight all the women gain a lot of weight because they’re feeding and holding on to the food so don’t worry about it this is just temporary once you quit breastfeeding go for dieting and losing down your weight
