A. yes ok.Try to stick to some brands only fir clothes and other articles as its better not to get carried away by all these fancy thingsSee you can always show to a doctor online if you are afraid of covid. As this you can not ignore

A. Hi, If flow is good and it is on time, it is good and Normal in few ladies. Don't worry. Eat healthy and nutritious food and balanced diet including carbohydrates proteins mineral calcium vitamin etc. Drink plenty of water. Do exercise.
