#asktheexpert ma'am my baby is 5 months 15 days old nd he don't have sound sleep. ma'am raat me sota hai but thodi der me uth jata hai lyk jab tak usse goodi me sulao to soyega phr uth jata hai. plz suggest

A. yes so know what can be doen for a good sound sleep make sure baby room is comfortable and calm. Baby should be well fed at bed time. You should make baby wear comfortable clothing at bed time. Sing a lullaby or light music can be used. Can rock or pat the baby to sleep.
