#AskTheExpert June month i had delivery that time i have 76kg,lost week i check my weight suddenly 56 ..Is it possible within 7 month 20kg lose????and i have heavy hair fail??

This could probably be due to thyroid women who suffer with hyper thyroid Ke lose their weight like this only but it’s better to check with the doctor get a thyroid test done for yourself and for your hair fall I would recommend you to make an onion coconut oil at home you can apply that
