#asktheexpert its my third month and I can’t stop vomitting . Please suggest some foods to help the nausea nd get my strength back.

A. hi mom try to have 1 to 2 glucose biscuit early morning and see if any relief it happens during pregnancy have one pot meals whenever you can eat

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Avoid spicy, fried foods for the child Also do not give maida based products like biscuits, puri Include natural apetisers like Coconut water, vegetable soup, lemon juice, buttermilk, curd, fennel seed water, ajwain or jeera water for good digestion.
