#AskTheExpert it's my 8 and a half month alomost completed, still I'm not able to produce milk is it normal or should I take some med for this?

otherwise give fibre rich diet as khichdi Dalia oats etc with added fruit and vegetables offer lukewarm water every hour .
start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly

I suggest you take two leptadin tablet twice a day with glass of milk daily
it is very helpful
you can take aswgndha powder or satavari granules with glass of milk daily
