RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl2 years agoA. Kiddodent you can use this toothpaste with a proper toothbrush or Oral-B junior is good and yes it is not mandatory a to clean the tongue and teeth and gums otherwise your child will have cavities and dirt at an early age which is not good
