it is not true
yes kids have the symptoms those are milder than we adults have .
please stay at home
don't go outside unnecessarily
if it is important to go outside then take necessary precautions .
hold your child or child things only after washing your hands.
keep your child hydrated
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes
maintain good hygiene
