A. dear mum, hope your baby has completed 6 months. if not you should continue to exclusively breastfeed. avoid giving any sort of commercially available packaged foods like cerelac as they are not as healthy as homemade food. you can give homemade cerelac once a day. other times you can give variety of porridge, ragi porridge, khichdi, vegetable puree, dal rice, curd
