#asktheexpert is it safe to remove one extra finger attached with thumb without bone(polydactly)

A. Look if it is not creating any trouble to the child then why do you have to get it removed why do you need to undergo a surgery in such a small age and if it is troubling or creating any discomfort to the child then you can get it removed otherwise I don’t think so you need to get it removed if it is not creating any problem to the child
