it is dry skin
kindly apply baby moisturizing lotion (atogla / cetaphil ) or virgin coconut oil on the skin of the child 4 to 5 times per day and if the problem still continues for more than two weeks then meet your doctor and do not apply any type of cream lotion or powder which is causing allergy on the skin.

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please massage your baby with coconut oil on daily basis and also apply mamaearth baby rash cream as it is very effective and natural.
