#asktheexpert is it normal to have blood(very less around1drop) in 2 year baby stool ?

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. it is due to the hard stool .Constipation is very common in kids . As such medication are avoided just give more of water and more of fiber diet like green leafy vegetable and fruits to baby . Lactulose will be used as last resort as stool softener .

Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Give papaya pear banana carrot whole grains milk products
Maintain hygiene and maintain hydration
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Do tummy time regularly
