Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. it is ok . Infant may not pass stool daily or may pass many times with gas . Both are normal . If not passing till 7 days then glycerine suppository can be used for the lubrication of the area .

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. constipation in small babies is very commonly seen and is more when you are giving formula feeding in such a case you can give Himalaya bonnisan drops three times a day to your child and give frequent feeding usually medicines or suppositories are avoided in such a case and constipation of few days can be considered as normal. if the baby is having gastric pain you can give collimax drops.if you need to give any enzyme pr z zeparation to your child you can consult doctor.give proper tummy time and burping to avoid gastric trouble.
