No need to give anything except vitamin D3 drops, if baby is on exclusive breast feed.
Continue with exclusive breast feed ur baby till completing 6months of age.
It will help.
Give vit D 3 drops 400 IU per day till 1yr of age.

It is better to give
Give adequate feeding every two hours of intervals
Burp well after every feeding
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge khichadi curd rice dal rice
Give adequate water
