#asktheexpert Is it compulsory to start solids after 6 months or can I start after 4 and half months? please suggest.

Yes it is necessary that you start with food only after completing the age of six months and why are you in a haste to start giving food to the child that’s what I’m not understanding a child has to be in the correct frame of digestion and time when you start giving food to the child because otherwise it’s unhealthy for the child
