It is not necessary if your child is able to digest it directly then you can go ahead with that otherwise I would always recommend you that you should add about 20% of water to begin with and you can reduce down slowly once your child starts digesting it well enough what is your child is doing it already then that’s not neededWrite Your Answer Here
