A. Treat symptoms in your baby like fever, cold and cough. 6 months to 24 months: 5ml of infant paracetamol suspension, given up to four times a day. 2 years to 4 years: 7.5ml of infant paracetamol suspension, given up to four times a day. 4 years to 6 years: 10ml of infant paracetamol suspension, given up to four times a day
