#asktheexpert Is cerelac not good for babies?? I have started weaning my baby and started with cerelac and lots of my relatives asking me to not give cerelac to my baby.. please let me know

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, it is better to avoid giving any sort of commercially available packaged foods to your baby. They are not as healthy as homemade foods. For convenience and quick cooking you can give homemade cereal pulse premix or homemade cerelac.
