So it's better to get the solution in a correct way . c
You can alsto consult online to a doctor for the same as a detailed discussion can be done .

if not necessary please avoid it
please give easily digestible food like curd rice and khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mash etc
please give daily massage with Babyhug massage oil
please give daily sun light exposure
