ExpertDr. Pandurang sawantPaediatrician4 years agoA. Any temperature above 100 F is fever in babies
Always measures temperature in armpits only.
No need to give any fever medicine if fever is below 100 F.
If asociated complaints like cough, cold, loose motion
Treat that accordingly as per ur pediatricians advice.
Keep ur baby well hydrated.
Baby should pass minimum urine 6-8 times per day.
Visit ur pediatrician once.

Hello ma’am The small child cannot have a tablet so it is recommended to only give paracetamol to the child so would advise you to give paracetamol to your child you can repeat it every eight hours only when needed for three days maximum and still if the fever does not subside then you have to consult your doctor
