#asktheexpert Im a mother of 5 months old baby. I'm breastfeeding my baby. by 6 months I will introduce solid foods to my baby. can I start intermittent fasting to lose weight??

A. Dear mum, for healthy weight loss, intermittent fasting is not the best option especially when you are feeding your child. You should eat mindfully for healthy weight loss and exercise for 45 to 60 minutes every day. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake.
