Q.

#asktheexpert if she donot want to sleep whole day....and at 8 pm she crying and slept . Is this effect on her height or weight?

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much if your baby is active and having food properly and baby should sleep at least 8-10 hours at this age . Give baby eggs chicken cheese ragi porridge soaked nuts fresh fruits and vegetables and dairy products in daily diet. Take care
