AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom Mother should exclusive breast feed her baby till six months. once ur baby completes six months then u can start with cerelac, daal ka pani, ripe banana, apple puree, ragi porridge, pumpkin puree etc as the first food.
