#AskTheExpert I want to ask my baby doesn't like to sleep in day, if I force him he cries his lungs out. He keeps on playing and happy otherwise, in night he sleeps from 8 pm to 6 am. And today day time nap is 3-4 hrs. What should I do to make him sleep in day.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Sleep Cycle in smaller babies is very different and they have a certain pattern initially which becomes regularize at around 6 to 8 months of age and if the baby is comfortable with no irritability because of infantile coklic nasal blockage any regurgitation etc you should not worry just giveg a comfortable position to the baby and no medicine is required.
