Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, for constipation in adults, main remedy is to eat only Khichdi and curd. Do not eat banana, also avoid milk for a while. And as you stomach settles then Uou should start eating fibrous diet. Good
