#AskTheExpert I'm a mother of a baby boy who will turn 3 months old tomorrow. My baby doesn't sleep well at night. He doesn't cry however he gets up at around 1 am and keeps playing till 4-5 am and then falls asleep. How to make him sleep well at night ? Thanks Madhura

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. it's very Normal finding and you should not worry regarding this thing but still you can contact with your doctor for he to a proper confirmation regarding your query and a proper guidance.
