take folic acid and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day

Yes If you had a normal delivery than yes if you want to continue with the pregnancy you can buy that I am the younger one will come the older one would be already or two years away so it’s a good time to go for the pregnancy and keep a household help for yourself because without too small kid it would be difficult for you to manage
