#AskTheExpert I m 7 m pregnant and have constipation, softovac .......so should I stop iron n calcium or take a break

A. hi.. pleaae do not syop iron n calcium...religiously take it.. also to relive from constipation, take fiber rich food, n drink adequate amount of water.. all the very best .
