#AskTheExpert I have slight pain in breasts...which most of the time comes half an hour after feeding the baby... like mild cramps.... started from corner coming towards the nipple area...this started after baby turned 2 months and nipples are always sore....can't even touch...it pains a lot...I apply nip care butter..

A. probably you may be having sore nipple the reason having pain after feeding the baby e better apply nipcare ointment on the nipples take paracetamol 650 for relief of pain whenever

A. Hello dear parent! Try putting warm compress on the paining area while you are not feeding your baby. Maintain a good personal hygiene. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
