#asktheexpert I have diabetes.. I am feeding mother till now. Is this create any issue for my baby. I am taking Metformin500 2times in a day

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist1 Year agoA. Metformin will not be in such a high level in the breast milk that it can impact the baby and you can breast-feed as usual. If you’re still in doubt, you can consult your doctor
