#AskTheExpert I have been diagnosed with a Low lying placenta in my 20 weeks. It’s not covering the cervix but just reaching it. Any precautions or bedrest I need to take? I’m travelling by air on 24 weeks, is that ok? What should I not be doing to not worsen the situation and still keep myself fit and active

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. well this is a high risk condition. that yiu need rest and iron. you have to do a few more tests and a scan after a local doctor advice for proper treatment
