#asktheexpert I have a 4 months old baby girl she passes stools after 2-3 days is it normal?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. it is quite natural that babies below the age of 6 months will be having some type of constipation which may continue even up to six months also this is normal in babies

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl4 years agoA. that's ok and it's normal for smaller babies. Some babies don't poo even upto a week. If baby is active and healthy and if taking feeds well then no issues. If baby doesn't po for more than a week or ten days then you should see your doctor. Dont wait anytime after a week or near.
