#AskTheExpert I have a 3 year old daughter. Whatever she is eating, she is puking it out and night she passed liquid stool. We have just shifted to a new city. In this Covid situation, I am about to visit any hospital. What should I do?

A. Hi parent You may give her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour in the day time Don't use RO water, packaged and processed food, maida items, excess sugar and salt Use simply purified water having TDS higher than the 350 Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered in the morning
