#asktheexpert I have 2 children (boys). Elder one is of 8 years and younger one is of 18months (lactating). It is heard that the third wave Covid -19 is very dangerous and it badly affects children a lot. I am a Bank employee and I have to go for duty in alternate days. What all precautions should I take? What all things, I must care about my children?

please take necessary precautions .
like wear mask ,wash your hands frequently.
hold your child and child's things only after washing your hands.
offer homemade healthy food to your child.
give green leafy vegetables, citrus fruits more
keep your child well hydrated.
avoid giving RO water
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes
maintain good hygiene
