Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cough along with Cold most of the time is a viral illness and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration. you can give steam inhalation which is very useful .
cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators or antitussirves medicine which should be given only after a proper evaluation by the doctor according to the type of cough.
if fever is there paracetamol can be given to reduce thdre fever and the dose can be repeated after 6 hours again if required .

Good mostly be due to weak immunity that your child is having because if your child is suffering with all the three issues together that means there is some kind of an infection that your child is going through or we community is definitely one of the reasons behind itWrite Your Answer Here
