#AskTheExpert I did not had hairfall problem. But 4 month postpartum my hairfall increased exponentially. even if I touch my head I can see few strands on my hand. what can I do for this. My hair are everywhere in room and I am worried about this.

Hairfall after delivery is due to hormonal changes. Make methi seeds powder by grinding. Then add castor /olive /or coconut oil to it to make smooth consistency. Apply this on ur scalp. This will help to get rid of hairfall problem. Take care
