#AskTheExpert I am the mother of 4 months old baby and facing the problem of excess hair fall. how can I stop it. or will it last long.

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and it is very normal after delivery.. please massage your hair with almond oil and kalaunjee oil. and clean with amla, shikakkai and reetha.. and have rich fiber and proteins diet.
