A. hii...hairfall is common after delivery and it would take time to reduce, you can try home remedies : include food rich in iron, zinc, calcium, vitamins, proteins. Include yoghurt in your diet daily. Eating healthy is very important after pregnancy, and that will keep your hair healthy too. Massage your hair gently with lukewarm oil before your hair washes to improve circulation and increase hair growth. Soak fenugreek seeds overnight and in the morning make a paste by grinding in in a mixer. Apply this paste on hair, keep for 1 hour and then wash it. Drink amla juice or apply pure amla oil to strengthen hair. hii..you may try this home remedy.. Soak alsi seeds 1tbsp at night in 1 glass water or little less. Morning boil it ... Boil till it becomes gel type... Now use a strainer and strain when gel is hot... Don't wait to cool... Coz once cooled u can't strain... It's a pain after that. Let the gel cool... Then apply on hair roots like oiling and leave for an hour or two. U can mix onion juice too while u apply... Even garlic and ginger juice are beneficial. Mix what suits u. Apply twice a week.
