Neelam sharmaMom of a 15 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. it might be stomach infection or if you have piles then also blood comes in motion.
another common reason is your digestion is not so good if you are taking beetroot, pomegranate then might be some substance won't digest properly.
i suggests you to please consult with your doctor regarding this once as he will guide you better after proper examination
