ExpertDr. Gunjan BawejaPaediatrician3 years agoA. hello for her use saline drops for the blocked nose. give her good diet and plenty of fluids and also some antiallergic like syp Allegra. and you must also consult a pediatrician online.

take steam inhalation..
have warm serves.. to soothing your throat..
keep your self well hydrated...
do some breathing exercises ..
