#AskTheExpert i am a mom if 3 years old . my daughter is getting cough and cold from past 1 months every 10 days and it lasts for around a week or two . it is dry cough and increases at night. have shown to doctor too but wanted to know why it's happening again and again as I stay in Mumbai is it because of that, at night if she has cough how to stop that.

it could be result of humid climate or allergy to something like dust or pollen etc.or because of low Immunity
so please check it all.
give Healthy diet
avoid giving oily ,cold and sugary food items frequently.
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes
best to give Tulsi leaves with pinch of salt and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
give Sunbath for 20 minutes a day
maintain good hydration
