As long as the babies is healthy and active, accepting feeds, gradually, gaining weight, passing adequate urine 6 to 8 times daily, there is nothing to worry, your baby is feeding enough. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby on demand for better health, nutrition, hydration, and weight gain. Consult your doctor for further guidance.
