Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl3 years agoA. hi usually it is caused by baby acne it doesn't need any medication it alright by own. but if it increasing and a child feeling discomfort, please visit your pediatrician apply thin layer of Cetaphil lotion or try cool pack on it
